On August 12, 1993 two of the great jazz pianists, Tommy Flanagan and Hank Jones, performed at the famous Marciac jazz festival in France. In the first part of the recording, Tommy Flanagan starts in trio with Hein Vandegeyn on bass and Idris Muhammad on drums, followed by Hank Jones with the same rhythm section. In the second part they play as a duo first, followed by both performing with the rhythm section.

The final album by Humphrey Lyttelton, who died in April 2008, features Tony Fisher on trumpet, with guests Karen Sharp and Louise Parker. The "Cornucopia" series of CDs - this is the third - was a project very dear to Humph’s heart. He oversaw all the tracks on the album, directing, suggesting and fine tuning the dynamics and solo orders. Humph can be heard on two of the tracks and his 'count-ins' on some of the others have been kept. Tony Fisher completed the tracks on which Humph had not been recorded.
